Carl is kind of our mascot. He is a white Huacaya. He was the first baby born on our farm 5 days after we got his mom, Audrey. He is sweet with more character than you can imagine. Carl is on the about us page.
Morpheos is a black Huacyca alpaca we bred. He is a rather petite guy and a little shy.
Jazzy was born to us in July 2014. His mom is dancer and Trinity's Jazz Man fits him. He fleece is thick and soft. He is a brown Huacaya.
Sandbar is our stud Suri. He is sandy color with long "dreadlocks". He came to us summer 2013.
Neo is a suri alpaca. He is bouncy with beautiful white fleece. Born August 2018.
Also in with the boys are Nero and Heron, the 2 fainting goats. Nero will gently lick the juice off your fingers if you bring him berries.
Sienna was one of our first girls in 2010. She is a black Huacaya. She is petite and shy. A true Daddy's girl. If she thinks Val is getting too much attention she will put herself between Val and Daddy for attention of her own.
In a Tizzy is a suri alpacas. She came to us Jan, 2013.
Then we have Anitra. She is a mostly silver huacaya with splotches of black and white.
We also have 2 rescue huacayas. One is white and the other tan. They both have very soft fleece. Named are still coming.
Interesting alpaca fact- females are pregnant between 11 1/2 months to 12 1/2 months. They can also absorb a baby if weather or food sources convince mom that baby won't survive.
We have 3 rescue turkeys. A male and 2 females. They are big and sweet and blend well with the other turkeys on the farm.
John built the outside aviary, my dream, that includes peacocks, red golden pheasants and ring neck pheasants.
We also have ducks, chickens and other birds that run the farm waiting to say hello.
